OM602 Turbo Diesel Injectors (Set of 5)
Set of 5 rebuilt fuel injectors for OM602 Turbo Diesel Engines. 5 upgraded reusable heat shields will also be included.
You can choose between 265 nozzles (stock ), or 314 (higher flowing). Research on the web to help you decide which.
These are professionally built by a shop with decades of experience. First, they were cleaned ultrasonically, then rebuilt with new nozzles, pop tested and balanced to 135 bar for turbo-diesel OM602 engines found in the 190D, 300D and 250D from 1987-95. They also fit the late OM603 engines found in the 1987-96 300D, 300SD, 350SD, 350SDL (but you'd need 6 injectors and this listing is for 5).
A $60 core deposit is included in the price. In order to keep rebuilding, we need your old injectors. By purchasing, you agree that once you install your rebuilt injectors, you will send us your old core injectors. Simply package your them in the same box and packaging and ship them back with the provided pre-paid label. When we receive your old injectors, your $60 deposit will be refunded.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Make sure you purchase the correct injectors for your application. If in doubut, ask.
If an injector is flawed, you can opt for a replacement or refund as long as you contact us within 30 days of recieving your order.
The only flaw we've ever experienced is injector leak from the body. We cannot detect this until its installed and operated on an engine (which we cannot do because they would then be considered used injectors).

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. It normally takes 2-3 business days within the USA or 6-10 days for International orders (excluding customs holds).
