OM606 Super-Turbo Injectors (Set of 6)
Set of 6 rebuilt fuel injectors for OM606 super-turbo diesel engine builds. 6 upgraded reusable heat shields will also be included.
You can choose between 310 nozzles (stock), 265 (more aggressive, eager) or 314 (higher flowing).
These are professionally built by a shop with decades of experience. First, they were cleaned ultrasonically, then rebuilt with new nozzles, pop tested and balanced to 150 bar which is recommended for bigger turbochargers and upgraded injections pumps, such as Dieselmeken or Diesel Pump UK.
You need a special tool to remove these injectors, which you can purchase HERE.
A $60 core deposit is included in the price. In order to keep rebuilding, we need your old injectors. By purchasing, you agree that once you install your rebuilt injectors, you will send us your old core injectors. Simply package your old ones in the same box and packaging and ship them back with the provided pre-paid label. When we receive your old injectors, your $60 deposit will be refunded.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Make sure you purchase the correct injectors for your application. If in doubut, ask.
If an injector is flawed, you can opt for a replacement or refund as long as you contact us within 30 days of recieving your order.
The only flaw we've ever experienced is injector leak from the body on the older OM617 style injector bodies. We cannot detect this until its installed and operated on an engine (which we cannot do because they would then be considered used injectors).

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. It normally takes 2-3 business days within the USA or 6-10 days for International orders (excluding customs holds).
