VW 1.6L Naturally Aspirated Diesel Injectors

Set of four rebuilt fuel injectors for the 1.6 L diesel Volkswagen engines. Four upgraded reusable heat shields will also be included. These are avialable with 293 and 274 nozzles, which are stock or 265 which provide a performance upgrade.
 
These are professionally built by a shop with decades of experience. First, they were cleaned ultrasonically, then rebuilt with new nozzles, pop tested and balanced to 130 bar which is for non-turbo engines.

Audi: 82-83 - 4000, 79-82 - 5000 Base, S
VW: 81-81 - Dasher, 81-85 - Jetta Deluxe, 81-84 - Rabbit, 81-83 - Rabbit Pickup, 80s Quantum
 
A $40 core deposit is included in the price. In order to keep rebuilding, we need your old injectors. By purchasing, you agree that once you install your rebuilt injectors, you will send us your old core injectors. Simply package your them in the same box and packaging and ship them back with the provided pre-paid label. When we receive your old injectors, your $40 deposit will be refunded.
